Sometimes it is good to have a look backwards. The recent history stays often more remote than the prehistory. You may think why did you do anything at all - instead of spending even that time by seeing the clouds go by. One of my friends is behind the idea of this retrospective - he simply wanted to see my old works which he haven´t been able to see before. During 21 years I have done a lot. It is not an easy task to choose just the right 21 images of them all. The selection tells more about this time than that time. The power of doing in itself is what remains as a motivation when time has removed other kinds of ideas and motifs. The need to investigate, to admire and to give away stays.
